Though they are a relatively new group, these talented local volunteers have already made their mark \u2014 recently winning\u00a0<strong>second place in a national competition<\/strong>! Their ringing will set the perfect festive atmosphere, filling the village with warmth and cheer. If you fancy trying your hand at ringing the bells do come along to St Thomas Church where Simon will happily show you the ropes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the last notes fade, all eyes will turn to the star of the evening\u2026&nbsp;<strong>Father Christmas himself!<\/strong>&nbsp;With a sprinkle of magic, he\u2019ll lead the countdown and switch on the&nbsp;<strong>Kingswear Christmas Lights<\/strong>, illuminating the village in a dazzling glow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a wonderful moment for children and adults alike \u2014 the true start of the festive season in Kingswear.
